This is a classic ESB strain from one of England’s largest independent breweries. While it is traditionally used for English-style ales including milds, bitters, porters, and stouts, it is also ideal for American-style pale ales and IPAs. Residual sweetness accentuates malt character along with mild fruity esters, adding complexity to the flavor and aroma of finished beers. Slight diacetyl production is common. Due to this strain’s high flocculation, the beer will finish clear and the yeast can easily be harvested from the fermenter for future use. It is common for this yeast to look coagulated..

Beer Styles: This yeast is best suited for English style ales including milds, bitters, porters, and English style stouts.

PurePitch® Next Generation combines the ease of a bottle and the innovation of PurePitch®, offering a modular pouch with a cap and a consistent cell concentration intended to pitch at 7.5 million cells/ mL; a commercially recommended pitching rate to ensure a foolproof fermentation. When fermenting below 16 degrees or at an OG of over 1,075, pre-culture or double the amount of yeast is recommended.

Q: Can I buy directly from you at a store?
A: We´re solely an e-commerce shop but you can chose to pick up your order at our storage. Q: When are my order delivered?
A: We usually ship an order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. If you are in a hurry, choose MM-Express at checkout, then we will send you your order on the same business day if you  have placed your order before 10 a clock CET. We ship our goods with Bring where the shipping time is usually expected to take between 1-2 business days, depending on the options + your order's delivery terms.
